Spaced Out in Los Angeles

Hey everyone! Good day for blogging. Two things to update this morning with some cooler news later on this evening. I woke up today without a reason to go back to sleep, yay!

1. By now, I'm sure you've all seen Hot Fuzz and Shaun Of The Dead. Great flicks! Anyhow, before achieving mass acclaim for said films, there existed a lil show called Spaced; a British television situation comedy written by and starring Simon Pegg and Jessica Hynes (previously known and credited as Jessica Stevenson), Nick Frost and directed by Edgar Wright. Well, it's a great show. It's funny and it's got a bunch of shit to google at. The DVD was released yesterday, it contains both seasons for the show and a frenzy of extras! The best of which includes...wait for it....all-new commentary with Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, and Jessica Hynes and special guests Quentin Tarantino, Kevin Smith, Bill Hader, Matt Stone, Patton Oswalt, and Diablo Cody!!! Wow, if that isn't enough reason to buy the damn thing already, then I don't what is. But wait, there's more.
2. Today at 12:30 p.m. my bestest friends ever; Kevin Smith, Simon Peg, Jessica Hynes and Edgar Wright. Will be signing copies of the Spaced DVD in Los Angeles @ Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash (comic book store). I'll be there, in fact I'm leaving in about an hour, and if your anywhere in Los Angeles then you should too.
